SANDRO

When an artist naturally wears a Sandro piece and it resonates in the media or on social networks, that’s a true reward.
What’s your background?

I’ve always worked in the fields of communication and fashion — two industries I’ve been passionate about from the start.
These experiences have helped me understand the unique codes of each brand, while building a strategic approach to communication. I joined the Sandro communications team in 2017 as PR and VIP Relations Manager. In 2021, I had the opportunity to move into a management role, while continuing to oversee this exciting scope.

What are the key qualities for your job?

Without a doubt, curiosity. You have to stay constantly alert, tuned in to what’s happening around you.
Relationship-building is also crucial: knowing how to create sincere and lasting connections with very diverse profiles. And of course, creativity, reactivity, and agility — being able to spot the right opportunity at the right moment is essential.

What drives you every day?

What I love most is seeing ideas come to life. When an artist naturally wears a Sandro piece and it resonates in the media or on social networks, that’s a true reward.
It’s even more satisfying when you know all the teamwork that goes on behind the scenes to make it happen.

The fast pace is stimulating and pushes us to give our best!

Something you're proud of?

At the last Cannes Film Festival, I was asked to dress an international celebrity. The timeline was extremely tight, but thanks to the dedication and responsiveness of the teams, we pulled it off.

SMCP in 3 words?

I would say: challenging, because the fast pace is stimulating and pushes us to give our best; human, because strong interpersonal relationships and teamwork are central to our daily lives; and agile, because the environment is constantly evolving and the Group knows how to adapt with speed and flexibility.
