SMCP registers its document de base with the AMF / H1 2017: Another semester of outstanding results

Over the last years, SMCP has registered a strong growth of its profitability and revenues, which have almost doubled in three years.
Thanks to its unique retail pure player model blending the codes of luxury and fast fashion and to the desirability of its three brands, the Group’s financial results from the first semester 2017 show continued strong momentum for profitable growth. Indeed, H1 Group’s total net sales grew by 16.4% compared to the first semester of 2016, reaching €439m, and generating an EBITDA of €73m, increasing by 20% since last year. These outstanding performances enabled SMCP to pursue the reduction of its leverage ratio decreasing from 3.1x in Dec 2016 to 2.7x at the 30th June 2017.
