What’s your background?

I started my career in retail somewhat by chance, after studying real estate. I quickly developed a passion for the industry and went on to hold a variety of positions: Visual Merchandiser, then Department Manager.
Joining Claudie Pierlot in 2018 felt like a natural next step, driven by the brand’s values and heritage.

What are the key qualities for your role?

Above all, you need to be versatile, responsive, organized, and detail-oriented — and a good listener too.
But the most essential quality is passion! Passion for fashion, for developing your team, and for building strong client relationships.
We set the tone each day. A good manager is a true ambassador for the brand and the Group: someone who leads their team to success with energy and positivity.

What drives you every day?

What drives me is supporting my team and seeing them push their limits to reach our goals.
Helping them challenge themselves, grow, evolve, question things, and never give up.

Something you're proud of?

My proudest moment was when I was promoted to Expert Store Manager. I truly felt the trust my managers had in me when they gave me this role for the South-East region.
It came with real responsibility: to pass on the keys of the brand and the Group to newly appointed Store Managers.
