While studying special education in college, I worked for a cosmetics line in a major department store and discovered a passion that I could not ignore- being on the sales floor. That experience set me on a new path and for the past 25+ years, I’ve immersed myself in every facet of the retail business. Nine years ago, I joined SMCP to oversee the Northeast District and my role has evolved many times since then. I currently am the Senior Retail Director of the US overseeing the whole country.

Successful leadership starts with people. When teams feel inspired, supported and empowered- strong results are the outcome. I lead with a deep respect for the brands and a commitment to bringing them to life consistently across every touchpoint. My approach focuses on building a culture of trust and accountability and creating environments where people can grow and thrive. By pairing a strong strategy with operational excellence and extraordinary service, we are able to deliver strong results. None of this would be possible without my field leadership team. I feel incredibly grateful to work alongside such a talented and dedicated group of leaders- they truly are the best team out there.

I’m naturally competitive and always looking for ways to do things better or differently to achieve stronger results. That mindset motivates me to show up fully for my team every day. While time in the office is essential for strategic planning and collaboration, my favorite days are spent in the field. I love meeting new faces and seeing the energy of our teams- I am inspired by the work they are doing.
