For this capsule collection, Claudie Pierlot takes us into a strange and mysterious world... This chic wardrobe for the festive season has been given an original and inspired shake-up, between subtly eighties moods and futuristic influences.
The essentials of the Parisian label’s signature style are still apparent...
but with couture-style twists. The indispensable black dress has been restyled in a very elegant velvet version, trimmed with bows. As for the trouser suit, that now comes in a sassy psychedelic purple.
Bold spirits will be smitten by the sequinned body, slipped under a black suit with lurex pin stripes, for a modern look that plays with the conventions of masculinity/femininity.
The quilted velvet ensemble with its very chic pearl details is given a retro touch by an eighties-influenced T-shirt with metallic motif. To complete the look, the all-too predictable court shoes are swapped for far less pointy velvet slipper-shoes.
