She has been growing within the SMCP Group since 2016.
Noemi joined Maje in 2016 and now holds the position of Europe Retail Director. In this role, she oversees the brand’s entire retail network — 241 points of sale spanning from Seville to Stockholm. Acting as a vital link between headquarters and the field, she drives commercial performance on a daily basis and supports the teams to ensure business targets are met.

My greatest pride today is having understood, and embraced, the fact that being introverted is not incompatible with being ambitious and driven.
I studied literature and art history. I never imagined myself in this kind of role — it happened step by step, very naturally.
What started as a student job in a fashion retail store led to a store manager position, then I progressed through visual merchandising teams, then human resources, before eventually finding my place in the commercial department. Today, I’ve been Europe Retail Director at Maje since 2016.
Determination and a strong competitive spirit, all rooted in one key trait: ambition.
You also need agility, curiosity, strong people skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
But above all, success comes from being surrounded by the right people. A strong team can achieve more than any one individual, and at Maje, I’m lucky to be part of a truly supportive and talented team.
What I love most are the teams, the clients, the connection with the product, the fast-paced days, the thrill of exceeding goals — and pushing myself beyond my limits.
