Fursac dispose de 63 points de vente en France et en Europe et souhaite poursuivre son expansion dans les années à venir avec l'ouverture de nouvelles boutiques et corners.

De Fursac is a premium ready-to-wear French House who has more than fifties shops (traditional shops and department store) split in France, Swiss and Luxembourg.

Together with its collaborators De Fursac today focuses its savoir-faire and love of fine materials on creating razor-sharp silhouettes, blending yesterday's elegance with contemporary chic.

Day-to-day:

As one of the most important person of our United-Kingdom adventure, you will be the responsible of :

1. Selling:

  • Deliver a luxury service to all clients
  • Develop the turn-over, and be focus on the store sales targets
  • Contribute to communicate on the how-know of the brand
  • Promote the brand, products and services (technical knowledges…)
  • Create customer loyalty by developing our CRM database

2. Merchandising and inventory:

  • Being the guarantor of your store visual standards, and make sure that it’s perfectly matching with the brand standards – in accordance with guidelines
  • Ensure regular audits and stocktakes
  • Assist on inventory and concession replenishment
  • Assist in stocks management / deliveries…

3. Management:

  • Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants
  • Ensure that your team is correctly trained on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop your team how-knows and your team knowledges (through coaching and training as many as it’s useful)
  • Being a real driving force for your team and the store (Sales challenges, CRM targets…)
  • Being able to make action plans to counter poor performance
  • Promote the high-end image internally and externally
  • Participate on the recruitment of your team members with the HR / Retail department

Profil



You have already worked in the premium/luxury retail industry at least during two years as a store manager.
You are passionate about fashion and are knowledgeable of fashion trends.
You are dynamic, professional and you are motivated by KPI’s challenges
You are ideally also fluent in French.
