Job description

We are currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Store Leadership team who will assist us in growing the Y.O.Y. business and building a loyal client base.  As an ambassador of our brand, your main responsibilities will be as follows :


-Coach and motivate a sales team to enhance selling techniques.
-Role model / ambassador of the brand.
-Leads the clientelling, customer experience, and customer outreach efforts.
-Participate in the recruitment and development of new team members

-Scheduling, payroll, inventory counts, back of house support as needed.

Sales and Client Development:
-Achieves personal selling goals

-Wardrobes customer from head to toe.

-Builds sales

-Obtains client contact information to encourage repeat business.

-Achieves all KPI targets around conversion, average dollars per transaction, UPT, and Client sales penetration

-Educates client on history of and inspiration for the collections

-Ensure all product is presented in accordance with brand standards.
Assists with merchandising and visuals.




-1+ years of prior supervisory experience preferably as a Selling Supervisor or Keyholder.
-Possesses strong service orientation
