Fashion for Good

 — CSR, what is it ?

Litteraly, it means Corporate Social Responsibilité. CSR is the companies contribution to Sustained Development principles.

Sensitive and aware of social, societal and environmental stakes linked to the textile industry, the Group wishes to build an authentic sustainable development strategy for our Society.

Since then, several actions have been taken by the Brands and the Group to cultivate our present with care to conjugate our development in the future.

 2 — Claudie Pierlot s'engage !

This season, Claudie Pierlot supports values that resonate in each of us: tolerance, solidarity and sustainable development.

Rise Up With Claudie is a capsule collection on which are inscribed universal messages. For each T-shirt sold, 5 euros will be donated to UNESCO to support the Keystone Foundation, a local NGO that has been working in India for 25 years for women and the environment.

To go even further and because we are all concerned by these values, Claudie Pierlot is looking for committed ambassadors to embody this capsule and launched a casting on her Instagram account from January 23rd.

  • Caroline Ferrandis, Responsable Digital Learning
  • Joachim Fuertes, Digital Learning Designer
  • Laurence de Botton, Digital Learning Designer

Their missions ?

Make training accessible to all and everyone.

Their specificities ?

They don’t like talking about e-Learning – it’s Digital Learning!

Let’s go visit Mylearning  →

« Before the Digital Learning, only 22% of the SMCP population was trained.  »

Caroline Ferrandis,
Digital Learning Manager

In October 2018, SMCP announced the official launch of its digital training tool MyLearning: anytime, anywhere, any device. A new agile solution that meets retail & headquarters expectations around the world.

Since then, the tool offers modules, designed to measure, to capture the learner’s attention and educate him/her through fun, interactive and updated media. Whether you are in a shop in Beijing, in the rain in London or under a palm tree in Miami, access to training will be the same. MyLearning is a real educational broadcaster that allows messages to be sent to all populations at the same time and in their language.

To train more than 5,800 employees in 40 countries, the transition to digital has become essential.
