  • Hackathon – 48 hours of collective intelligence within SMCP

We recently experienced a major moment within the Group: a 48-hour internal Hackathon bringing together employees from our different Paris headquarters around a key challenge for the company.

The topic:
How can we invent new ways of connecting HQ teams with our stores to elevate the voice of the field and support decisions anchored in reality?
For two days, participants combined creativity, energy, and collaboration to imagine innovative solutions that strengthen the link between headquarters and boutiques.

It was a true moment of sharing, meeting, and co-creation, marked by a positive and engaging dynamic.

The highlight: a final pitch in front of the Hackathon jury, chaired by Isabelle Guichot, CEO of the Group, accompanied by representatives from various business departments as well as members of the COMEX, who also awarded their “jury’s favorite”.

This Hackathon was much more than an idea competition:

• a space for breathing and expression,
• a means to showcase the creativity of our teams,
• a lever for innovation and collective engagement,
• a concrete way to anchor our decisions in field reality.

We are proud of this wonderful mobilization and of the commitment of our teams!

Let’s keep inventing the connections of tomorrow, together

HQ Teams’ Asia Visits

The leadership teams of Maje and Sandro visited several Asian markets, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau.

Elina Kousourna, CEO of Maje, and Isabelle Allouch, CEO of Sandro, together with part of their respective headquarters teams, met with the local teams in the region.
These visits strengthened the collective vision, sparked creativity and energized the teams, further reinforcing everyone’s motivation.

Thank you to all the teams for the passion, expertise and unwavering commitment they demonstrated throughout these meetings.

Claudie takes a stand !

Since adopting her cause, ‘Bringing joy to women affected by illness,’ Claudie has been steadily pursuing her commitment.

Following her partnership with RoseUp Association, her priority has been to translate her intentions into concrete actions. That is why, thanks to the group, Claudie launched Komeet, a solidarity engagement platform that allows each employee to devote two half-days per year to a mission of their choice.

This initiative was a resounding success, enabling teams to go out into the field on 5 and 13 November for the very first part of the pharmacy tour.

MAJE

Party Capsule de Maje

The Party Capsule, a key highlight of Maje’s Fall-Winter 2025 collection, brings back the legendary spirit of the Palace years this season – with velvet, tulle, and sparkling rhinestone accents.

Contrasting pieces strike a balance between sensuality and modernity: a fluid jumpsuit, a micro pleated-tulle dress, a tailored suit embellished with shimmering embroidery, a couture velvet bodysuit, and sculptural heels.

Festive and effortlessly bold, the Maje woman makes no apology for loving to dance, loving the night, and loving life.

Claudie Pierlot

    • CLAUDIE X SELFRIDGES: Tying back to beauty!

From October 30th to November 5th, Claudie took over the Selfridges storefront to offer a first glimpse of its upcoming Christmas windows.
A velvet bow set atop a geometric structure blending raw concrete, lacquer, and deep red.
A bow that embodies both the charm and playfulness of Claudie, the signature details of their latest collection, and the strong bond of friendship we share with Selfridges.
A bow that is, above all, an invitation to connect with Londoners, reflecting Claudie’s desire to deepen its presence in the UK market.
