  • SANDRO : A commitment to quality, season after season

This month, Sandro highlights quality — a core value embedded in its CSR approach and present at every stage of the creative process.

1. Design

From the earliest stages of creation, Sandro teams rigorously select its materials, which are then subjected to technical tests to assess their durability. Resistance to pilling, behavior during washing or dry cleaning (based on care label instructions), color fastness, bleeding, shrinkage, and seam slippage are all thoroughly evaluated.
These protocols are adapted to the nature and weight of each fabric to ensure optimal use and lasting elegance, season after season.

2. Construction

The construction of each piece relies on precise craftsmanship, with particular attention paid to both interior and exterior finishes: French seams, clean topstitching, and neat linings.
These technical choices enhance not only comfort and visual appeal, but also the longevity of the garments.

3. Final Inspection

In addition to in-line quality controls during production, a portion of Sandro’s collections undergo external inspections. A representative sample is taken according to strict control criteria. Each selected piece is subjected to a visual and dimensional inspection. Any defects are categorized by level of severity and assessed against predefined acceptance thresholds.
If the results are not compliant, production is halted until corrections are made.
By showcasing these quality commitments, Sandro strengthens its CSR strategy and encourages everyone to become ambassadors of its responsible vision.
