1 - Kleine Tan joins us as CEO of SMCP Asia, succeeding Jimmy Lam

We are pleased to announce that Kleine TAN is joining general management at SMCP Asia in early April. He will become a member of the Executive Committee, succeeding Jimmy Lam, who has decided to pursue a new career path after eight years at SMCP.

Throughout his career, Kleine has lived and traveled across Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai, building a truly international profile with a deep understanding of the dynamic markets of the Asia-Pacific region.

We are thrilled about his arrival and confident that he will drive the Group’s development in the region to new heights.

2- Launch of a new warehouse in China

In February, SMCP Asia teams launched a new warehouse for the Asia-Pacific region, located in the Qianhai free trade zone in Shenzhen, after moving it from Hong Kong. This key step marks the establishment of the Group’s first warehouse within a free trade zone.

This strategic relocation will create multiple advantages: simplified customs procedures, more flexible inventory management, and optimized logistics.

Thanks to the commitment and dedication of the teams, this project was successfully completed in record time. Congratulations to everyone on this amazing achievement!

  • Women’s Day – Conversation with Evelyne Chétrite and Judith Milgrom, Founders of Sandro and Maje[INTERVIEW]

At SMCP, entrepreneurship and boldness run in the family. Since the very beginning, Evelyne Chétrite and Judith Milgrom have infused our Group with energy and values that continue to inspire those who drive it forward.

With strong female representation at all levels, including the Executive Committee (with 77% of women), we take pride in championing engaged and inspiring female leadership.

What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

Evelyne – It’s sacred. For me, equality is as self-evident as respect.
Judith – It is an opportunity for every woman to express her vision of the world with both sensitivity and determination, share it powerfully, make her voice heard, and highlight what deeply inspires her.

Is there a woman who has inspired or influenced you in your career?

Evelyne – The most inspiring woman in my life is my mother. In the professional world, I would say Ms. Prada.
Judith – My mother and grandmother, courageous and determined women who forged ahead without waiting for recognition, at a time when women were not as highlighted as they are today. They paved their own path with boldness and perseverance, paving the way for future generations.

What advice would you give to women who aspire to a career similar to yours?

Evelyne – Stay passionate, sincere, and patient.
Judith – Trust yourself, be determined, and keep a clear vision of your goals. A project progresses step by step, and some stages are challenging. Don’t get discouraged, every obstacle is an opportunity to learn and grow. It’s perseverance that makes the difference.

  • Launch of the first cohort of the SMCP Retail Lab “Inside”

You are already familiar with the SMCP Retail Lab, our certified training program dedicated to learning the profession of Sales Advisor. From the launch of the first cohort in 2022, we were eager to draw inspiration from it to create a training program specifically designed for the talented Sales Advisors already within the Group.

It is therefore with great pride that we announce the launch of the first cohort of the SMCP Retail Lab “Inside”: 20 Sales Advisors, selected by the Brand Management teams, have embarked on a 10-month, tailor-made training program inspired by the SMCP Retail Lab.

The program includes Retail Lab Masterclasses, training modules at the Institut Français de la Mode, as well as workshops dedicated to soft skills development and individual coaching sessions!

4 - FURSAC

  • Collection Cérémonie

Whether it’s a wedding or a ceremony, each of those major events that punctuate our lives requires a wardrobe that really lives up to the occasion. We carefully choose exceptional pieces, with attention and love, to feel confident on the big day, then often see them put away, or even forgotten. What if, rather than locking them away in a closet after just one day of enjoying them, we decided to make them last?

Worn over a t-shirt or oversized on a woman, the luxurious tuxedo jacket regains freshness. Over a pair of jeans, the impeccably made double-breasted jacket chills out while structuring the silhouette. Each of the FURSAC’s creations transcends time and occasions, adapting to the beauty of special moments while integrating perfectly into everyday life, be it summer and winter. Much more than a simple souvenir, they embody the idea that beauty is made to be experienced, worn and shared, beyond events and codes.

Investing in sustainable elegance to reinvent the very idea of the ceremonial wardrobe and advocate for a more agile fashion, respectful of time and of the environment.
