After France, Germany, the United-States and the Netherlands, it is now possible for customers to buy and sell SANDRO Secondhand pieces from Spain.

The Brand’s ambition is to roll out the service in all countries where SANDRO is present.

  • Launch of the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy

Based on the lessons learned from the Mixity survey of 2022, the work with all regional HR teams, and the numerous best practices that already exist within our Brands and regions, this strategy offers a single global framework that sets goals for 2025-2030, with a focus on four main areas:

  • Gender equality – maintaining at least 50% representation for women in management and ensuring equal pay
  • Parental Leave – enforcing a company-wide parental leave policy with minimal guaranteed rights across all countries and for all family types
  • Disability – increasing the share of employees with a disability and improving the accessibility of boutiques and websites
  • Social and cultural inclusion – promoting the training and recruitment of the long-term unemployed and supporting organizations fighting for inclusion and equal opportunity

This will enrich and enhance our D&I culture, which will be supported with easily accessible information, awareness-raising actions, trainings, and participation in events celebrating diversity.

A new space dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion has been launched on MyLearning. It includes details about our Diversity & Inclusion policy, content specific to each Brand and region, as well as our first e-learning modules.

We invite all of you to look at it here and to regularly visit these pages as the content will be updated over time.

  • Maje Alumni

Maje is delighted to support Hermine Le Minter – previous employee of SMCP and Maje – in the realization of her dream and extraordinary project: participating in a solo crossing of the Atlantic! #Laminitransat2023
After 17 days at sea, braving capricious weather, Hermine arrived aboard Vitamine, her boat, on November 14 at the port of Saint François in Guadeloupe.

It was in music and decked out in a beautiful Maje outfit that she crossed the finish line. ??

A big bravo to Hermine for her courage, determination and daring throughout this solo crossing of the Atlantic.

  • Fursac x Force Femmes Association’s workshops

On November 13, Fursac organized a special mentoring day with Force Femmes. This association provides free support for unemployed women over 45 to help them return to work or set up their own business.

23 women supported by the charity joined Fursac teams at the Parisian headquarters. The morning was structured around two masterclasses, first one with Creative Director Gauthier Borsarello, an entrepreneur bridging contemporary creation and vintage clothing, and the second one with Damien Pellé, Group Sustainability and Communication Director, to discuss how to integrate sustainability challenges into their professional projects.

In the afternoon, workshops on communication strategies, team recruitment, and online store management were organized as well as an HR-focused workshop to help candidates optimize their LinkedIn profiles and understand corporate tools.

  • Hong Kong office commits to the fight against cancer

The Hong Kong office organized a charity walk on November 14, to raise funds for the NGO named Hong Kong Anti-cancer society (HKACS). The teams have also collected funds for the NGO through a Halloween Breakfast sale organized in the office. The total amount collected with these 2 actions is HK$26,658 (€3,200). Bravo to all for your commitment!

  • Hong Kong office is committed to more inclusive workplace initiative

The Hong Kong office is committed to TWGHS Ho Yuk Ching Workshop cum Hostel (TWHYC) association, to employ disabled people as janitors.

TWHYC provides daycare and opportunities to enrich their members’ life through different experience from social training, self-care training, work training, counselling, festive celebrations to volunteer visits.

The teams had already had the opportunity to support the association and visit them during the festive season last year, creating a bond with the management and members of the center and enabling them to think together about employment opportunities.

Janitors are present twice a week, accompanied by their TWHYC trainer. This initiative perfectly reflects the Group’s desire to offer a more inclusive working environment.

2 – MAJE

  • Maje North America celebrates the Brand’s 25th anniversary

To highlight the 25th anniversary capsule, the Brand brought 13 influencers to a box at the 2000s pop icon P!nk concert at Madison Square Garden. All attendees were dressed in the 25th anniversary capsule and carrying a Miss M bag.

The box was fully vinyled and decorated for the 25th anniversary capsule, creating tons of photo opportunities for the guests to share in their social networks.

The Brand also created 3 short videos to highlight the capsule.

  • Night capsule – After Midnight

This season, Maje presents a dazzling Night Capsule that embodies nocturnal elegance.

The star piece is a metallic tweed jacket adorned with a pearl collar, in homage to the style of the Parisienne.

The collection harmoniously blends chic and daring elements, with sequined dresses and velvet gowns that breathe refinement and timelessness.

What’s more, the pantsuit, adorned with sparkling rhinestone buttons, features captivating silver tones, highlighting an irresistible allure.

As for accessories, the Brand presents a new Miss M, available in black leather and sequins.

  • FLAUNT Magazine X Charli D’Amelio

Flaunt created a short film featuring Charli D’Amelio exclusively in Maje.

3 – CLAUDIE PIERLOT

  • CLAUDIE HIGH

From October 9 to November 19, Claudie Pierlot communicated around “Lycée Claudie”, inspired by the film La Boum. The campaign was divided into 3 highlights: School girl, Dance class and The party.

“Inspired by the nostalgia of classrooms, Claudie High is an institution where all minds are welcome, even the most irreverent. School days come and go, but they are never the same. Three moments, three atmospheres that make up this wardrobe with a hint of the 80s. Serious in the classroom with their matching outfits and loafers, carefree in dance class wearing their Minimum sweaters, and in love with their vinyl dress for a night out.”

  • BALLET CLAUDIE

From November 20 to January 7, Claudie Pierlot communicates on “Le Ballet Claudie” with Marion Barbeau (lead actress in the film En Corps and principal dancer at the Paris Opéra). The campaign is divided 3 highlights, each accompanied by a video choreographed by the dancer.

“Marion sets the tone right from the first act. She knows that the rules of the game must be changed, that dance needs a new impetus. Gone are the jetées, arabesques and half-pointes, replaced by the undulations of a Twist dress to accompany the dancer’s movement. This ballet will not be in the style of Stravinsky or Tchaikovsky. It’s a ballet that invents itself as it goes along.”

4 – FURSAC

  • The book celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Brand

This book celebrates the heritage and the new, modern outlook of the Fursac label, from its refreshed in-store visual identity to its designs.
